除风益损汤应用于白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术后临床观察

The Influence of Chufeng Yisun Decoction on Cataract Small Incision Ultrasonic Emulsification Artificial Lens Implantation

目的:观察除风益损汤对白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术后的影响。方法:选取白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术后患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。两组患者均在局部麻醉下给予白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术,对照组术后给予常规抗感染等对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用除风益损汤治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后前房纤维蛋白渗出发生率优于对照组(P<005);治疗后6个月随访治疗组后囊浑浊情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有效率90.0%,对照组有效率55.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);术后一周,治疗组视力恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:除风益损汤治疗白内障小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入治疗术后临床效果显著,能减轻术后前房炎症反应,改善视力恢复情况。

Objective： To observe the influence of Chufeng Yisun Decoction（ CFYSD） on cataract small incision ultrasonic emulsification artificial lens implantation. Methods： Eighty patients with cataract small incision ultrasonic emulsification artificial lens implantation were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group. All the patients in the two groups were given cataract small incision ultrasonic emulsification artificial lens implantation under local anesthesia. Then the ones in the control group were added routine symptomatic treatment for anti-infection,while the ones in the treatment group were further added CFYSD based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,the occurrence rate of anterior chamber fibrin exudation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After 6 months＇ follow-up,turbidity of the posterior capsule of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the control group was 55. 0%,while that of the treatment group was 90. 00%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. One week later after the operation,vision recovery of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CFYSD has the remarkable clinical curative effect on cataract small incision ultrasonic emulsification artificial lens implantation,can relieve inflammation reaction after the operation,and improve vision recovery.
