补中益气汤加减治疗消化性溃疡130例

One Hundred and Thirty Cases of Peptic Ulcer Treated with Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Variant Decoction

目的:观察补中益气汤加减联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:选择消化性溃疡患者260例,采用数字表随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组130例。对照组给予三联疗法治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补中益气汤加减治疗。结果:观察组痊愈率、显效率及有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组临床症状评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减联合三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡效果确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Variant Decoction in combination with triple therapy on peptic ulcer. Methods： Two hundred and sixty patients with peptic ulcer were chosen and divided into the control group and the observation group,with 130 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with triple therapy,while the ones in the observation group were added Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Variant Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. Results： The cure rate,the remarkable effective rate and the effective rate of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate of observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Center-Supplementing and Qi-Boosting Variant Decoction in combination with triple therapy has precise clinical curative effect on peptic ulcer.
