柴黄承气汤联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗水肿型胰腺炎45例

Forty-Five Cases of Edema Type Pancreatitis Treated with Chai Huang Purgative Decoction in Combination with Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy

目的:观察柴黄承气汤联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗水肿型胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各45例,对照组给予连续性肾脏替代疗法,观察组在对照组的基础上给予柴黄承气汤,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组有效率为75.6%,观察组有效率为95.6%,两组患者有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者腹痛、腹胀、腹部压痛、肠鸣音恢复至正常的时间均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴黄承气汤联合连续性肾脏替代疗法治疗水肿型胰腺炎,缩短了患者临床症状与体征缓解时间,从而进一步提高了临床疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Chai Huang Purgative Decoction（ CHPD） in combination with continuous renal replacement therapy on edema type pancreatitis. Methods： Ninety patients with acute edema type pancreatitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 45 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given continuous renal replacement therapy,while the ones in the observation group were added CHPD based on the treatment of the control group. Then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 75. 6%,while that of the observation group was 95. 6%,and the difference between them had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The patients＇ abdominal pain,abdominal distention,abdominal compression pain,and the time for bowel sounds returning to normal of the observation group were all superior to those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： CHPD in combination with continuous renal replacement therapy treating edema type pancreatitis can shorten the time between the patients＇ clinical symptoms and physical signs relieving time,and improve the clinical curative effect.
