针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗黄褐斑35例

Thirty-Five Cases of Chloasma Treated with Acupuncture in Combination with Meridian-Pricking and Cupping Therapy

目的:观察针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗黄褐斑的疗效。方法:选取本院中医康复科收治的黄褐斑患者68例,随机分为治疗组35例和对照组33例。治疗组给予针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗,对照组给予中西医结合治疗,观察两组患者临床疗效及血清SOD、MDA水平。结果:治疗组有效率为91.5%,对照组有效率为75.8%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血清SOD、MDA水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合刺络拔罐治疗黄褐斑疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture in combination with meridian-pricking and cupping therapy on chloasma. Methods： Sixty-eight patients who were treated in TCM rehabilitation department in our hospital were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group with 35 cases and the control observation group with 33 cases. The ones in the treatment group were acupuncture in combination with meridian-pricking and cupping therapy,while the ones in the control group were given the therapy of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Then the clinical curative effects,blood serum SOD and MDA levels of the two groups were observed. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 91. 5%,while that of the control group was 75. 8%,and the treatment group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the treatment,blood serum SOD and MDA levels of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture in combination with meridian-pricking and cupping therapy has the remarkable clinical curative effect on chloasma.
