腹针治疗干眼症机理浅析

A Brief Analysis of the Working Mechanism of Abdominal Acupuncture in Treating Dry Eye Syndrome

干眼症的发病与五脏六腑均有联系,与肝肾脾胃尤为密切,同时常伴有瘀血、痰浊等致病因素痹阻经络,属本虚标实之证。腹部选穴针刺治疗干眼症,选择腹部任脉可以调阴阳理脏腑,选取腹部脾胃经善健脾化湿、腹部肾经滋阴填精、腹部肝经养血明目,运用腹针补肝肾、调脾胃,理脏腑阴阳,达到调理眼周经络气血的作用。

The occurrence of dry eye syndrome has relationship with all the five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs,especially with liver,kidney,spleen and stomach,accompanied by blood stasis,turbid phlegm,etc. leading to blocking meridians. It belongs to syndrome of asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality. Therefore,it can be treated by choosing points for abdominal acupuncture： Conception vessel can be used to regulate yin-yang and viscera; Spleen-stomach meridians can be used to strengthen spleen and remove dampness; Kidney meridian can be used to nourish yin and store essence; Liver meridian can be used to nourish blood and improve eye-sight. In a word,abdominal acupuncture can nourish liver and kidney,regulate spleen and stomach,keep the balance of yin and yang of the viscera,and regulate the meridians,qi and blood around the eyes.
