推拿配合中药外敷治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎27例

Twenty-Seven Cases of Pediatric Synovitis of the Hip Treated with Massage Therapy in Combination with TCM External Application

目的:观察推拿配合中药外敷治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎的疗效。方法:选取髋关节滑膜炎患儿54例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组27例。对照组给予推拿治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中药外敷治疗。结果:观察组患儿治疗后疼痛缓解、活动受限消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率为100.0%,对照组有效率为81.5%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合中药外敷治疗小儿髋关节滑膜炎临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of massage therapy in combination with TCM external application on pediatric synovitis of the hip. Methods： Fifty-four patients with pediatric synovitis of the hip were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 27 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given massage therapy,while the ones in the observation group were added TCM new injury potion for external application based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,the diseased children＇s pain-relieving time and restricted movement disappearing time were much shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The effective rate of the observation group was 100. 0%,while that of the control group was 81. 5%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Massage therapy in combination with TCM external application has the remarkable clinical curative effect on pediatric synovitis of the hip.
