摘要
目的:观察星点设计-效应面法优化玉米须配方颗粒中黄酮提取工艺的效果。方法:在单因素的基础上,以甲醇浓度、超声时间为自变量,黄酮的含量为因变量,优选黄酮的提取工艺。结果:65%甲醇超声40 min时黄酮的提取率相对较高。结论:星点设计-效应面法优化后的提取工艺能提高玉米须配方颗粒黄酮的提取率,为玉米须配方颗粒的制备提供依据。
Objective： To observe the effect of central composite design-response surface methodology on flavonoids extraction technology in optimized corn ear formula granules. Methods： The flavonoids extraction technology was optimized based on the single factor with methanol concentration and ultrasonictime as the independent variable,content of flavonoids as dependent variable. Results： The extraction rate was relatively high when Ultrasound time reached for 40 minutes by using methanol with 65% density.Conclusion： The optimized extraction technology by central composite design-response surface methodology can improve the flavonoids extraction rate in corn ear formula granules,which provides basis for preparation of corn ear formula granules.
