摘要
目的:观察星点设计-效应面法优化玉米须配方颗粒中黄酮提取工艺的效果。方法:在单因素的基础上,以甲醇浓度、超声时间为自变量,黄酮的含量为因变量,优选黄酮的提取工艺。结果:65%甲醇超声40 min时黄酮的提取率相对较高。结论:星点设计-效应面法优化后的提取工艺能提高玉米须配方颗粒黄酮的提取率,为玉米须配方颗粒的制备提供依据。
Objective: To observe the effect of central composite design-response surface methodology on flavonoids extraction technology in optimized corn ear formula granules. Methods: The flavonoids extraction technology was optimized based on the single factor with methanol concentration and ultrasonictime as the independent variable,content of flavonoids as dependent variable. Results: The extraction rate was relatively high when Ultrasound time reached for 40 minutes by using methanol with 65% density.Conclusion: The optimized extraction technology by central composite design-response surface methodology can improve the flavonoids extraction rate in corn ear formula granules,which provides basis for preparation of corn ear formula granules.
