摘要 黏膜是人体第一道免疫屏障,黏膜免疫在机体免疫系统具有特殊地位。黏膜免疫系统作为当前免疫学的研究热点。虽然人体感染90%以上起始于黏膜(呼吸道,胃肠道,泌尿生殖道等),但是在人群中总的感染数量较低。这在一定程度上是黏膜免疫发挥作用的结果。s Ig A在人体外分泌液中发现的一种Ig A抗体,主要存在于唾液、泪液、乳汁、胃肠液、呼吸道分泌液、泌尿生殖道分泌液等外分泌液中,是人类黏膜免疫的主要抗体。s Ig A结构、含量的改变与许多疾病的发生、发展密切相关,对s Ig A深入研究对感染性疾病的防治具有重要意义。 Mucosal is the first line of immune barrier,mucosal immune has special status in the body' s immune system. Mucosal immune system as a research focus in the current immunology. Although human infection by more than 90% began in the mucosa( respiratory tract,gastrointestinal tract,urinary tract,etc.),but lower the total number of infections in the crowd. In part this is the result of mucosal immune function. Modern medical research has found that there are a lot of different types of immune molecules in body fluid,it is an important part of the immune system,in which secretory immunoglobulin A( sIgA) play an important role in the body fluid. SIg A mainly exists in saliva,tears,milk,gastrointestinal and respiratory tract secretion external secretion of fluid,which is the main human mucosal immune antibody. The change of sIgA structure and the content is closely related to the occurrence and development of many diseases,which have great significance of sIgA prevention and control of the infectious disease.
