中医药治疗胃食管反流病研究进展

中医药治疗胃食管反流病取得了满意的成绩,积累了丰富的经验,各位医家对GERD的研究也出现了一定的共识。在治疗中运用频次较多的方剂为半夏泻心汤、旋覆代赭汤、左金丸、柴胡疏肝散等。但也存在很多不容忽视的问题:尚未开展大样本多中心的临床流行病学调查,临床分型和疗效标准不统一;中医治疗方面多局限于小范围低样本量的临床观察且多为回顾性,需要增强中医对本病研究的科学性;科研设计方面本病的疗程疗效判定不够统一,科研设计不够严谨、对照组用药不统一。今后应多注重大样本多中心系统研究,制定统一的诊断、分型、辨病与辨证标准,使诊断、治疗更具科学化、标准化。

Using TCM to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease（ GERD） has achieved satisfactory achievements,accumulated rich experiences,and reached a consensus on GERD study. In clinical practice,the high-frequently used prescriptions are Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction,Inula and Hematite Decoction,Left Metal Pill,Bupleurum Liver-Soothing Powder,etc. However,there are still a lot of problems which must not be ignored： Clinical epidemiological investigation with large samples and multi-centers have not been carried out; The clinical classification and efficacy standards are not unified; TCM treatment are mainly restricted to clinical observations and review within a small range and low sample sizes which should increase scientific TCM e research; In terms of research design,the course and efficiency of the disease have no unified evaluation standards,and lack rigor; The druguse in the control group are not unified. So in the future,the systematic study with large samples and multi-centers should be paid attention to; The unified standards of diagnosis,classification,disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation should be established to make TCM diagnosis and treatment more scientific and more standardized.
