二参二黄汤联合中医护理治疗糖尿病37例

Thirty-Seven Cases of Diabetes Treated with Two Shen Two Huang Decoction in Combination with TCM Nursing

目的:观察二参二黄汤联合中医护理治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病患者74例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组37例。对照组给予二甲双胍联合常规护理治疗,观察组给予二参二黄汤联合中医护理治疗。结果:观察组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、LDL-C和HDL-C均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组满意率为94.6%,对照组满意率为75.7%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:二参二黄汤联合中医护理治疗糖尿病疗效显著,能明显改善患者症状,患者满意率高。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Two Shen Two Huang Decoction（ TSTHD） in combination with TCM nursing on diabetes. Methods： Seventy-four patients with diabetes were randomly randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 37 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given metformin in combination with TCM nursing,while the ones in the observation group were given TSTHD in combination with TCM nursing on diabetes. Results： After the treatment,the fasting blood-glucose,blood-glucose 2 hours after meals,glycosylated hemoglobin,LDL-C and HDL- C of the observation group were all better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The satisfaction rate of the observation group was94. 6%,while that of the control group was 75. 7%,and the observation group was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： TSTHD in combination with TCM nursing has the remarkable clinical curative effect on diabetes,can greatly improve the patients＇ symptoms and has the high satisfaction rate.
