HS-SPME-GC/MS法分析石刁柏果皮及种子中挥发性成分

Analysis of volatile constituents from peel and seeds ofAsparagus officinalis by HS-SPME-GC/MS

目的分析石刁柏果皮与种子的挥发性成分。方法采用顶空固相微萃取和气质联用技术(HS-SPMEGC/MS),结合保留指数法并用峰面积归一化法测定相对百分含量。结果从石刁柏果皮挥发油中鉴定出1个挥发性成分,占总峰面积的74.47%。石刁柏种子挥发油中鉴定出2个挥发性成分,占总峰面积的29.42%。结论石刁柏果皮的主要挥发性成分是十二酸乙酯(74.47%),种子的主要挥发性成分为十二酸乙酯(11.49%)和十六酸乙酯(17.93%)。

Objective To assay the volatile constituents ofA.officinalis.Methods The volatiles were analyzed by head-space solid micro-extraction,coupled with GC/MS and Kovats.Results There is 1 kind of volatile constituents in peel of A.officinalis,and2 different kinds of volatile constituents in seeds.The content of the identified compounds extracted from peel and seeds were 74.47% and 29.42%.Conclusion The major volatile constituents of seedswere ethyl dodecanoate（11.49%）and ethyl hexadecanoate（17.93%）.The volatile constituent of peel was ethyl dodecanoate（74.47%）.
