摘要 中枢神经系统发育过程中已经确定的神经细胞迁移模式主要有两种:根据迁移方向和脑表面的关系分为放射状迁移和切线迁移。而根据神经细胞迁移过程中,为其提供支架介导作用的细胞的特性则可以划分为:胶质性迁移、神经元性迁移、血管性迁移。大量研究表明,血管在神经细胞迁移过程中发挥着重要作用,血管性迁移受很多因素影响,如脑源性神经营养因子、血管趋化因子以及血管内皮生长因子,探讨大脑发育中神经细胞的迁移方式,尤其血管性迁移中各因子的作用机制则是本文的要旨。 According to the moving direction of neural migration,the radial migration and tangential migration can be assorted.However,neural migration can also be classified into glial migration,neuronal migration and vasophilic migration,depending on various migrating medium.A large number of studies revealed that vasophilic migration has played important roles in brain development and disease genesis.There are many factors to affect vasophilic neural migration,such as brain-derived neurotrophic factor,vascular chemokines,and vascular endothelial growth factor and so on.In this review,we will mainly introduce some biological properties of vasophilic neural migration in the developing brain,and particularly the mechanism of various factors to affect vasophilic migration will be discussed as well.
