摘要
以红掌‘香妃’茎尖为外植体,进行‘香妃’组培快繁技术研究。结果表明,茎尖的最佳消毒方法为0.1%Hg Cl_2处理20 min,污染率可降低到71.7%;初代培养基为MS+30 g·L^(-1)蔗糖,萌发率可达90.0%;不定芽最适继代增殖培养基为MS+1.0 mg·L^(-1)6-BA+0.1 mg·L^(-1)NAA+30 g·L^(-1)蔗糖,增殖系数达3.47,芽苗生长健壮;生根培养以1/2 MS+0.4 mg·L^(-1)NAA+20 g·L^(-1)蔗糖为最佳培养基,生根率可达100%,根系发达。
Using shoot tips as explants, the rapid mlcropropagation system of Anthuriumfiorino was studied in this paper. The results showed that the best sterilization method for the shoot tips was 0.1% H8C12, and the pollution rate was reduced to 71.7% in the 20 minutes treatment. The germination rate was up to 90% on the primary culture medium MS+ sucrose 30 g· L-1. The optimum sub- culture proliferation medium for adventitious buds was MS+6-BA 1.0 mg· L-1+NAA 0.1 mg· L-t+ sucrose 30 mg· L-t, and the multiplication coefficient was 3.47, and bud seedlings grew strong. The optimum culture medium for roofing was 1/2 MS+NAA 0.4 mg · L-l+ sucrose 20 g ·L-1 with the rooting rate of 100%, and the root grew robust.
