沥青防水卷材生产过程烟气及成因分析

Asphalt Fume and Cause Analysis in Production Process of Asphalt Waterproofing Membrane

对典型防水卷材生产企业排放的沥青烟气进行了跟踪检测,并对烟气组成及烟气中异味、有害物质进行了定性、定量分析。结果表明,沥青烟气与沥青防水卷材生产所用的沥青等原料、配方及工艺条件直接相关。同时给出了减少沥青烟气排放和降低沥青烟气中异味、有害物质含量的方法。

Based on tracking detection of asphalt fume discharged from typical production process of asphalt waterproofing membrane, this paper employs both quantitative and qualitative analysis on its composition, odor substance and harmful substance. The results show that asphalt fume composition is directly related to the raw material, formula and process condition of the asphalt waterproofing membrane. The methods for reducing emissions of asphalt fume and decreasing odor and harmful substance are also given.
