中国对亚洲及拉丁美洲典型国家直接投资的母国决定因素

Determinants of Home Country of China FDI to the Typical Countries in Asian and Latin America

文章选取中国对亚洲及拉丁美洲的典型国家即日本、韩国、巴西、智利的直接投资为对象,从三个方面进行了分析研究。首先纵向分析了中国对亚洲及拉丁美洲的直接投资,发现呈总体上升趋势;然后运用多元回归模型对影响中国对外直接投资的母国决定因素进行分析;最后归纳和总结出中国在对外直接投资的实践中所存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策建议。

Aiming at China＇s FDI to the typical Countries in Asian and Latin America including Japan, South Korea,Brazil,and Chile,the paper makes analysis from three aspects. Firstly it vertically analyzes the FDI to Asian and Latin America and finds that it shows an overall rising trend; next it analyzes the deter minants of home country of China FDI through multiple regression models; finally it summarizes the problems existing in China FDI and puts forward corresponding solution countermeasures.
