基于区位商法的湖南农业产业集聚发展测度与辨识

Study of the Measurement and Identification of Hunan's Agricultural Industrial Cluster Development Based on the Location Quotient Method

推进湖南农业集聚发展,形成农业产业集群,是湖南加快构建新型农业经营体系的必由之路。基于区位商法的测度与辨识,湖南农业已呈集聚之势,农业产业集群基本形成,在全国具有一定优势,尤其是邵阳市、永州市、益阳市三市农业集聚优势明显。当前,湖南应从壮大农业产业化龙头企业、培育新型农业经营主体、建设农产品加工园区、培育合作文化氛围等方面推进农业产业集群化发展。

To promote concentrated development of agriculture and establish industrial cluster of agriculture is crucial in expediting the development of Hunan＇s new agricultural management system. According to measurement and identification based on the location quotient method,Hunan＇s agriculture has seen a trend of concentration,and a basic agricultural industry cluster is formed ,where Shaoyang,Yongzhou and Yiyang are significamt cases. Hunan hence has an advantage in agriculture cluster over other provinces. At present, Hunan should promote the development of agricultural industry cluster in these aspects：expanding leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization,fostering new type businesses of agricultural management,building agricultural products processing park,and cultivating the culture of cooperation.
