The environment which teachers worked in is a main influencing factor when it comes to teachers ＇team construction program. And it matters a lot in the balanced development and cohesive power of teachers＇team construction. Therefore, the paper explores the team construction of ＂double qualifications＂ teachers in vocational schools and indicates that we should make sure the sustainable development of teachers＇professional core competency with a positive environment mechanism.
