文章对女性富余劳动力就业意愿进行调查,并针对需求,扎实开展以家政服务为内容的社区教育培训,努力提高其就业技能,取得了一定成果。
After investigation of employment intentions of female surplus labor force,the paper analyzes the community education of housekeeping service,in order to offer some suggestions for residents to improve their employment skills.
