Investigation Report on the Present Situation of Farmer Skills Training in Jiangning District

农民技能培训是农业技术普及、农民生产技能水平提高的重要措施。培养"有文化、懂技术、会经营"的新型农民,提高农民的综合素质,加强农民职业技能培训,是促进农村生产发展、建设现代农业、增加农民收入的重要保证,也是实现农业现代化的重要基础工程。社区教育部门必须要在培训的思路、内容、项目等方面适合本地区的环境和农业需求。文章对此现状进行了调查与总结。

Farmer skills training is an important measure to improve the popularization of agricultural technology and the level of production skills. The development of rural production and modem agriculture and increase of farmers＇ income should rely on new type farmers with agriculture knowledge and technology and management capability. The cultivation of new type farmers is also a significant program of agricultural modernization. Through investigation of the present situation of farmer＇ skills training,the paper indicates community education departments should adjust the training approaches contents and programs to the local agricultural requirements.
