摘要全面回顾了马德里城市建设演进的历史过程,介绍了"插图式规则"等古典主义规划要点与主要思路,并具体剖析了上世纪末伊拉斯特拉松大街规划建设时对社区生活及城市传统风貌的尊重,最后结合中国万达集团购买西班牙大厦的房地产开发案例比较了西班牙与中国城市建设的差异。 In first part, this paper systematically introduced the background and history of urban construction of Madrid, summarized the main classical planning＇ s ideas and key points such as Illustrated Order;, In second part, with the sample of the construction of Avenida de la llustracion, this paper showed how the modem Madrid urban design respects the community life and traditional dtyscape; At last, combining a famous real estate project, the enlightenments of Spain to China＇ s today urban development has been analyzed.
