海洋经济信息数据库平台概要设计

General Database Platform Design for Ocean Economy

在总结国内外海洋经济的产业分类和海洋信息化平台研究现状的基础上,提出海洋经济数据的总体框架.针对我国海洋经济发展的实际情况,分析该数据库平台的概要方案及预期效益,并示例性地举出该信息平台的潜在应用,为全国海洋经济信息平台建设提供参考.

In this paper, we summarize the research progress in both domestic and overseas industrial categories for ocean economy, and in constructing the marine information platform. A general framework for ocean economy database platform is presented. Considering the realistic conditions of Chinese ocean economy, we propose an implementation plan on building this database platform, and analyze the expected economic returns brought by the platform. Finally, we present three examples on potential applications for the proposed database platform.
