摘要
输电线路覆冰舞动灾害是目前我国电网运行中面临的主要灾害之一,严重情况下会导致电网设施毁坏,产生巨大经济损失。针对这一问题,研制了一种利用LabVIEW软件及无线通信技术输电线路覆冰舞动灾害在线监测系统,该系统在硬件上采用工控机、PC工作站和服务器结合的方式,利用3G通信技术,对输电线路舞动情况进行可视化在线监控;同时,主控室软件基于LabVIEW实现实时可视化接收数据,并建立了线路覆冰灾害数据库,根据不同时期监测到的覆冰舞动情况、提出电网安全运行预防措施及建议。仿真和实验验证了该系统能够准确、快捷地获得覆冰舞动情况,可为电网安全运行提供重要支撑。
The overhead transmission line disaster caused by line icing and galloping is one of the main disasters that the power grid operation in China is facing,which in severe cases can lead to the destruction of the power grid facilities,and cause great economic losses. To solve this problem,an on-line monitoring system applying with LabVIEW software and wireless communication technology for disaster caused by transmission line icing and galloping was developed,in which the combination of industrial computer,PC workstation and server is adopted for hardware,the visualization on-line monitoring of the transmission line galloping status is conducted with 3G communication technology. The master-control room software based on LabVIEW can receive real-time visualization data and establish the database of disaster caused by transmission line icing. The preventive measures and suggestions on the power network safe operation is proposed depending on icing and galloping status monitored at different periods. The simulation and experiment results verify that the system can obtain the icing and galloping situations accurately and quickly,which provides an important support for the safe operation of the power grid.
