摘要
高效贯彻落实习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议上的讲话精神和中办、国办《关于进一步加强和改进新形势下高校宣传思想工作的意见》,要把改革创新作为宣传思想工作开创新局面的动力源泉,坚持"三个创新"的基本原则,以理念创新为先导,推动手段创新和基层工作创新。通过抓理念创新,构建宣传思想工作大格局机制;通过抓手段创新,构建传统媒体与新媒体融合发展机制;通过抓基层工作创新,构建基层工作实效性保障机制。
Efficiently implementing words by President Xi in The Session of National Propaganda and Ideological Work should treat reform and innovation as the motivation. The basic principle of ‘three innovations＇ should be persisted with theoretical innovation as the guide to promote method innovation and work innovation of basic level.Big pattern mechanism of ideological propaganda would be constructed by theoretical innovation; development mechanism of the integration of traditional media and new media by method innovation; and guarantee mechanism of the work effectiveness of basic level by work innovation.
