在国家全面推进依法治国的背景下,"依法治校"逐渐成为更多高校的办学指导思想之一,以应对日益增多的包括大学生维权事件在内的法律争端,高校学生管理工作面临着前所未有的挑战。新形势下,在依法治校视野下探讨高校学生管理,既是高校实现教书育人、以人为本的教育理念的要求,更是依法治国的要求。高校管理者要适时转变观念,正确认识学校与学生之间的法律关系,用法治思维规范高校学生管理工作。

Under the background of promoting the rule of law in our country,‘administering university by law＇gradually becomes one of the guiding ideology of running college in response to the growing number of legal disputes. The students＇ management work in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented challenges. Under the new situation,from the perspective of law,to explore college students＇ management is not only the requirement of realizating the idea of cultivating people in college and people- oriented education,but also a requirement of governing the country by law. College administrators should change ideas timely and be aware of the legal relationship between college and students,regulate students＇ management work in college with the use of rule of law thinking.
