摘要
传统的法学教学方式重视教师的主体地位,忽视学生的参与性和积极性,只是单向的理论灌输,教学成果不理想。多元化教学模式立足法学实践,提出全新的、启发式的、体验式的教学方式,注重引导学生发现问题、思考问题、解决问题,是案例教学法、发问式、讨论式教学法、系统归纳法、实践教学法和多媒体教学手段的一种结合,可以更好的活跃课堂气氛、调动学习热情、内化法学专业知识和技能,显著提高学生综合能力和素质,为培养真正的"法律人"奠定了基础。
The traditional mode of law teaching attaches great importance to teachers' dominant position and ignores the students' participation and motivation. It is just a one- way indoctrination,and teaching achievement is not ideal. Diversified teaching mode is based on the law practice,puts forward new,heuristic and the experience- type teaching method,and guides students to discover problems,to think and solve problems,which is a combination of case teaching,questioning type,and discussion- based teaching,system of induction,practice teaching and multimedia teaching means. It can better activate class atmosphere,mobilize the learning enthusiasm and internalization of law professional knowledge and skills,and improve students' comprehensive ability and quality,so that a foundation for cultivating of the real legal person would be laid.
