The Way to Promote the Development of Modern Characteristic Agriculture by Finance under the New Normal Background

金融是现代经济的核心,在新常态背景下如何发挥金融的核心作用,支持榆林农业适应新常态引领新常态,对榆林经济稳定健康发展具有重要意义。通过对榆林特色农业的特点和现状进行分析,提出金融要从加强信用体系建设、拓宽融资渠道、设立专营机构、健全保险体系四个方面对现代特色农业进行支持。

Finance is the core of modern economy. In the new normal financial background,how to get the central role of finance and support the development of agriculture has a vast importance in the stability and healthy economic development of Yulin. This paper gives analysis on the distinguished feature and status quo of Yulin characteristic agriculture. And four advices have been given in order to support the development of modern characteristic agriculture according to the analysis,that is,strengthening financial credit system,expanding financing channels,establishing franchise organizations and improving insurance system.
