摘要
研究采用西门子SINAMICS系列变频器及PLC对桥式抓斗起重机的智能控制,运用先进的可编程控制技术、变频器和绝对值编码器取代传统的电气控制方式,可以提高抓斗起重机的工作效率,减小抓斗起重机的故障率,操作变得简单,从而实现半自动化操作,减少人为的操作事故,运行可靠,并具有节能效果。
Intelligent control of the bridge-type grab is realized by using SINAMICS series transducer and PLC. The advanced programmable control technology,transducer,and absolute value encoder are used to replace traditional electrical control methods,which can improve the working efficiency of the grab crane,reduce its fault efficiency,simplify the operation to realize semi-automatic operation,decrease man-made accidents,ensure reliable running,and gain energy-saving effect.
