摘要
介绍了小车变幅式平臂塔式起重机的牵引机构,阐述了其构造类型和机构特点,给出摩擦式牵引机构的选型设计和计算方法,介绍了摩擦卷筒(轮)的各种绳槽类型及其当量摩擦因数,确定了摩擦卷筒(轮)的绳槽数量和总包角,并阐述了变幅钢丝绳的缠绕方法对包角的影响。通过分析摩擦式牵引机构出现打滑现象的原因,给出打滑问题的解决办法,由实例阐明张紧装置的设计及其最佳位置的设置。
The paper introduces the traction mechanism of the trolley luffing-type flat tower crane,describes the structural type and mechanism characteristics,gives the selection design and calculation methods of the frictional traction mechanism,introduces types of various rope slots and equivalent frictional coefficient of the friction drum( wheel),determines the number of the rope slot and total wrap angle of the friction drum( wheel),and presents the effect of the wrapping method of the luffing steel rope on the wrap angle. Through analysis on the sliding problem of the frictional traction mechanism,the paper provides the solution and the design of the tension device and setting of its optimal positions.
