尿液细胞外囊泡研究现状及面临的主要问题

摘要
细胞外囊泡是由细胞向细胞外空间释放的一类由脂质双分子层包裹,含有蛋白及核酸成分的囊泡状结构。细胞外囊泡有很多种类型,在大小、密度、沉降力、特异性的标志物等方面存在着的差别。
