玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗病理性近视脉络膜新生血管的疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 既往认为,维替泊芬光动力疗法(PDT)治疗病理性近视脉络膜新生血管(PM—CNV)可取得较好效果;但其后的长期观察发现,患者视力预后并不理想。近年来研究发现,玻璃体腔注射抗血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)药物治疗老年性黄斑变性(AMD)的疗效优于PDT;并且也有一些应用于PM—CNV治疗方面的报道。为了进一步验证玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗PM—CNV的疗效,我们对一组PM-CNV患者接受玻璃体腔注射雷珠单抗治疗的随访观察资料进行了回顾性总结分析。现将结果报道如下。
