免疫避孕疫苗的最新研究进展

摘要 免疫避孕疫苗是利用多种实验技术,从参与生殖过程各要素中筛选出蛋白抗原或表位抗原,通过免疫避孕对象,在生殖道局部或全身产生中和抗体,从而影响和破坏生殖过程,起到延长妊娠间隔和避孕的作用。本文对免疫避孕现状和未来发展做一综述。 Immunocontraceptive vaccines are protein or epitope antigens screened from the elements involved in reproductive process by varieties of experimental technology. Then the object people or animal immunized with the vaccine will produce neutralizing antibody in the genital tract locally or systemically, which can influence and damage the reproductive process, thus exerts the effect of pregnancy interval prolonging and birth control. This article reviews the present situation and future development of immunocontraceptive vaccine.
