摘要
以供水泵站系统为研究对象,采用故障模式及影响分析(FMEA)方法,分析整个系统、分系统及各组件的故障模式、原因及影响。同时计算各故障模式的风险优先数,确定故障模式的优先级,找出泵站系统的关键故障模式及关键组件。并结合现有的测试系统,确定故障检测方案,制定故障应对策略,降低故障发生概率及其影响,提高泵站运行可靠性,为供水泵站系统制定维修计划、改善设计方案及实现泵站智能控制提供参考。
The failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) method was applied to analyze the failure modes, causes and influence of a water pumping station, its subsystems and components. Meanwhile, the risk priority numbers of the failure modes were calculated to determine their priority levels and find out the key failure mode and component. In order to improve the operating reliability of the water pumping station, the failure detection scheme and corresponding strategy were established to reduce the probability and influence of failure based on the available test system. The result of the analysis can be used for ref- erence on making maintenance plan, improving design scheme and achieving intelligent control for the water pumping station.
