摘要
西安市第四污水处理厂一期工程于2013年升级改造完成,出水水质标准由《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级B标准提升为一级A标准。分析了升级改造工程的技术难点,阐明升级改造的技术路线。本次改造最大限度地发挥了现有构筑物的处理能力,尽可能降低对污水厂正常生产运行的影响;成功应用厌氧、缺氧MBBR技术,最大限度地利用生物除磷,减少化学除磷;最终达到降低工程投资、节约运行成本的目的。
The upgrading and reconstruction of the first stage project of Xi' an Fourth WWTP havebeen completed in 2013, and the effluent quality has been improved from the first level B to level A crite- ria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant (GB 18918 -2002). The technical difficulties in the upgrading and reconstruction project were analyzed, and the technology roadmap for upgrading and reconstruction was presented. The key contents of upgrading and reconstruction were to maximize the treatment capabilities of existing structures, to minimize the im- pact on the normal operation of the plant, to successfully apply anaerobic and anoxic MBBR technology, to maximize the biological phosphorus removal capacity and to reduce chemical phosphorus removal. The final goals of engineering investment decrease and operating cost saving were achieved.
