Legal Solutions to the Spatial Isolation Problems in the Urban Governance from the Perspective of the Spatial-justice

伴随着小康社会的建设步伐,进城农民和城市居民在居住空间、职业空间和公共空间上的隔离日益凸显。空间隔离加剧了城乡居民间的社会距离,固化了阶层分化,导致了城市公共政策的失败,这与空间正义视阈下的城市治理背道而驰。因此,只有通过构建合理的社会阶层结构,建立新型的混合居住模式以及制定合理的城市发展政策等措施,才能有效实现城市空间治理的公平正义。

Along with the pace of the construction of a well-off society, the isolation of urban farmers and urban residents in residential space, professional space and public space has become increasingly prominent. This spatial isolation exacerbated the social distance between urban and rural residents, cured social stratification, led to the failure of urban public policy, which run counter to the urban governance under spatial-justice. Therefore, by constructing a reasonable social class structure, establishing a new mixed residential model and the rational urban development policies and other measures, the fair and justice of urban space governance can be achieved effectively.
