摘要
建国初至今,我国中小学官秩制度经历了建立、废止、重新建立并最终稳定下来。在应试教育的理念与背景下,现行中小学官秩制度立足于经济学视域下的"效率法则"、理性主导下的行为主义操作程式以及先验性的人性论预设。哲学认识论与理性主义稳固地支撑着学校管理制度的界定法则与话语管理机制,使学校教育走上"科学化""程式化"道路的同时,也给学生发展带来了一定的影响。
China's cadre system in primary and secondary schools have experienced the evolution of establishment, abolition and resumption since the founding of the PRC. The current cadre system in the context of exam-oriented education is running on the "efficiency rule" of economics, rational behaviorist operation process and human nature presupposition theory. Epistemology of philosophy and rationalism prop up demarcation rule of school management and discourse management mechanisms, thus scientifically standardizing the school education while exerting impacts on students' personal development.
