面向健康服务业学生不仅要具备精湛的专业技能,更要具有专业的职业素质,正确的就业观念。本文从如何组织实施高职学生体验式生涯课程入手,让学生在真实或模拟情境活动中接受认知体验、行动体验和实践体验,使学生在体验中反思,在反思中形成积极的就业观,帮助他们增强职业认知,提升学生职业核心能力,提高学生岗位胜任力。

Students for health services need to be well-equipped not only with superb professional skills, but with high-quality career competence and accurate occupational concept. This article focuses on the tactics to organize experimental career-planning course for higher vocational students to help gain cognitive experiences in the real or simulated situations, operational experiences and practical education, in which they reflect on the experiences to form a positive employment view and enhance their professional cognition, core professional abilities and qualifications.
