依达拉奉注射液治疗脑梗死的临床观察

Clinical observation of Edaravone injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨采取依达拉奉治疗脑梗死患者的疗效。方法选取2012年5月-2013年5月期间接收的脑梗死患者80例,将其平分为对照组与试验组,两组患者在常规治疗的基础上分别采取丹红注射液及依达拉奉治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,试验组的治疗总有效率、日常生活能力评分（ADL）评分明显高于对照组,神经功能缺损（NIHSS）评分明显低于对照组,差异均具统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论采取依达拉奉治疗脑梗死患者,疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of edaravone injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 80 cases were selected from May 2012 to May 2013 in our receiving of cerebral infarction patients, and divided into control group and experimental group. The patients of the two groups were given Dan red injection and edaravone injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction respectively. Then to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Results After the treatment, the curative effective rate of the experimental group and ADL score were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）; At the same time, the NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P 0.05）. Conclusion Curative effect of edaravone injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction is distinct, which is worthy of promotion.
