摘要
在锦纶酸性染料染色中,加入促进剂TANEDE EXA进行同浴染色,可将传统的酸性染色温度由100℃降低至80℃,保温时间不变。采用新工艺染色后的锦纶织物布面具有良好的均匀性、颜色饱和度和色牢度。
Polyamide fabric is dyed with acid dyes and promoter TANEDE EXA in one bath, the traditional acid dyeing temperature is reduced from 100 ℃ to 60 ℃, holding time is unchanged. The polyamJde fabric has good uniformity, color saturation and color fastness after dyeing with new process.
