摘要
针对活性染料染色牢度不高的问题,提出了提高活性染料染色牢度的对策,包括水洗牢度、深色织物的湿摩擦牢度、浅色织物的耐日晒牢度和耐汗-光牢度、耐氯浸牢度、耐过氧化物牢度、染料-纤维键牢度等。介绍了活性染料固色剂的发展情况,诸如深浓色染色物湿处理牢度固色剂、树脂型固色剂、季铵盐聚合物固色剂、反应性固色剂等。
Aiming at the problem of poor color fastness of reactive dyeing, the measures of improving color fastness of reactive dyeing is analyzed, including methods to improving washing fastness, wet rubbing fastness of dark color fabric, sunlight fastness and perspiration-sunlight fastness of light color fabric, chlorinated water fastness, peroxide fastness and bond fastness of dye-fiber. The development of color fixing agent is introduced, such as fixing agents for improving wet-fastness, resin type fixing agents, quaternary ammonium polymer fixing agents and so on.
