相容剂HTPB-g-MA的合成及对芳纶增强天然橡胶复合材料性能的影响 被引量:5

Synthesis of Compatibilizer HTPB-g-MA and Its Effect on the Properties of Aramid Fiber Reinforced Natural Rubber Composites

摘要 采用溶液法制备了一种接枝率不同的相容剂端羟基液体顺丁橡胶(HTPB)接枝马来酸酐(MA)HTPB-g-MA。通过接枝率、凝胶率、红外光谱及热重分析等手段研究了接枝产物的结构;通过母炼胶法制备了芳纶纤维增强天然橡胶复合材料,考察了接枝产物对复合材料的增容效果。红外光谱分析结果表明MA基团成功接枝到HTPB主链上。力学性能、溶胀性能、扫描电镜及动态力学测试结果表明,所合成的相容剂对复合材料的增容效果比较明显,当采用接枝率为7.13%、凝胶率为7.81%的相容剂增容时,复合材料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度(纵向)及断裂伸长率均有最优值。动态力学分析结果表明相容剂的加入会减小损耗因子峰值,提高纤维与橡胶基体的界面粘合。 A novel compatibilizer( HTPB-g-MA) with different grafting degree of maleic anhydride( MA) onto hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene( HTPB) was synthesized in solution system. The structure of compatibilizer was characterized by the method of grafting degree,gel rate,FT-IR and TGA. Aramid fiber reinforced natural rubber composite was prepared by master batch method. Compatibilizing effect of compatibilizer on properties of the composites was investigated. The result of FT-IR shows that MA is grafted onto macromolecular chains of HTPB. The results of mechanical properties,swelling properties,SEM and DMA show that the synthetic compatibilizer has a significant compatibilizing effect on the aramid fiber reinforced natural rubber composites. Tensile strength,tear strength fiber parallel to the tensile force direction and the elongation at break of the composite have optimal value when the optimum graft degree and gel rate of the compatibilizer are 7. 13% and 7. 81%,respectively. DMA results reveal that composites have lower peak of loss factor with addition of the compatibilizer,implying that the interfacial adhesion is enhanced.
