几种钢丝圈在集聚纺上的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 探讨几种钢丝圈在空心罗拉式集聚纺上的应用效果。选取了6903型、FO型和U1UL udr型3种常用钢丝圈进行纺纱对比试验,采用视频放大镜拍摄方法分析了钢丝圈纺纱前后质量和结构尺寸变化,并对比测试了纺纱质量,分析了3种钢丝圈的综合性能。结果表明:U1UL udr型钢丝圈磨损率较低,成纱条干和毛羽质量较优;FO型钢丝圈磨损率次之,成纱毛羽较好、条干较差;6903型钢丝圈最易磨损,成纱条干较好、毛羽较差。认为:钢丝圈截面形状的合理性比重心位置的合理性更为重要,弓形截面的U1UL udr型钢丝圈较其他两种钢丝圈更适于空心罗拉式集聚纺细纱机的生产使用。 The application effects of several ring travelers in hollow roller condensed spinning were clis cussed. Three common ring travelers including 6903 type,FO type and UIUL udr type were selected for yarn comparison test. Weight and structure dimension change of ring travel before and after spinning were analyzed by video shooting method with magnifying glass. Spinning quality was compared and analyzed. The comprehensive performances of three ring travelers were analyzed. The test results show that the abrasion percentage of UIUL udr ring traveler is lower and the yarn evenness and hairiness quality are better. The abrasion percentage of FO ring traveler is the next, the yarn hairiness is better and yarn evenness is worse. The abrasion percentage of 6903 ring traveler is the worst, the yarn evenness is better and the yarn hairiness is worse. It is considered that the rea sonability of cross-section shape for ring traveler is more important than that of gravity position of gravity. U1UL udr ring traveler with bow shape cross section is more suitable for the production application of hollow roller con densed sDinning compared with the other two ring travelers.
