摘要 探讨提高国产钢领质量的技术措施。从钢领材质、加工精度、热处理和表面处理技术几个方面分析了目前国产钢领存在的主要差距。采用较为先进的电弧增强磁控溅射镀膜技术对国产钢领进行表面镀膜处理,并与国产钢领和布雷克钢领进行纺纱对比试验,结果表明:采用20钢的国产钢领,由于材质差,加工精度低、热处理及表面处理技术不到位,因而质量差、使用寿命短,且走熟期较长。在20钢钢领表面镀上硬质薄膜层,可获得与布雷克钢领相当的成纱质量及使用寿命。认为:改善国产钢领材料质量、提高制造加工精度、采用先进的热处理及表面处理技术是提高国产钢领质量的有效措施。 Technoiogy measures of improving domestic ring quality were discussed. The main differences for current domestic ring were analyzed from several aspects including ring material, machining accuracy, heat treat- ment, surface treatment technology and so on. Surface plating treatment of domestic ring was performed by adop- ting advanced arc enhanced magnetron sputtering plating technology. Spinning comparison test were done wilh both domestic ring and Bracket ring. The test results show that quality of domestic ring made by 20 steel is worse, service life is shorter and running in period is longer because the material is worse, machining accuracy is lower,heat treatment and surface treatment technology is improper. By plating hard thin film on the surface of 20 steel ring,the yarn quality and service life could be equal to Bracker ring. It is considered that improving do- mestic ring material, increasing machining accuracy,adopting advanced heat and surface treatment technology are the effective measures to improve domestic ring quality.
