细纱工序突发性质量问题分析

Analyses of Sudden Quality Problem in Spinning Process

探讨细纱工序突发性质量问题的成因及解决措施。从细纱工序设备状态、工艺设计、运转操作及空气调节等几个方面,对几种生产中容易出现、影响面较大的突发性质量问题的表现特征、产生原因及危害性进行了实例分析,并提出相应的解决措施。认为:企业应加强设备状态管理、提高操作工的质量意识,建立、执行产品质量追踪制度,合理配置细纱工艺,密切关注大气污染并及时调整空调,从而较好地预防和消除突发性质量问题,提高产品质量。

Causes and solving measures of sudden quality problem in spinning process were discussed. The performance characteristics, causes and harm of several kinds of sudden quality problems which were easily hap pened and had larger influence were analyzed from aspects including equipment situation in spinning process,tech nology design, running operation,air adjustment and so on. Related solving measures were put forward. It is con- sidered that enterprise should strengthen the management of equipment status, improve the quality awareness of operators, establish and execute the tracking system of product quality, reasonably configure spinning processing, pay close attention to air pollution and adjust air conditioning in time. Thus, the sudden quality problems can be well prevented and eliminated. The product quality can be improved.
