摘要
探讨涤纶混纺织物的疵点控制方法。针对JT/C 65/35混纺纱与T/R 65/35混纺纱织成纬平针织物染色后出现分散型疵点的问题,对织物疵点进行了分析,发现涤纶生条中含有较多并丝、硬丝等是布面疵点的主要形成原因。采用正交试验对梳棉工艺进行优化后,布面疵点由8粒/m2减少到3粒/m2以内,使布面疵点得到有效控制。认为:优化梳棉工艺,对改善涤纶混纺织物外观具有较好的效果。
Control methods of polyester blended fabric defect were discussed. Aimed at the dispersive defects problem of after dyeing weft plain stitch fabric woven by JT/C 65/35 blended yarn and T/R 65/35 blended yarn, the fabric defects were analyzed. It is found that the main causes of fabric defects is polyester card sliver which contains a large amount of coalesced filament and hard filament and so on. After adopting orthogonal test to opti- mize carding processing,the fabric surface defects are decreased from 8 counts/m2 to less 3 counts/m2. The fabric surface defects are well controlled. It is considered that optimization carding processing has well effect on the ap- pearance improvement of polyester blended fabric.
