摘要 探讨MicroModal air/莱赛尔LF 80/20 3.28 tex针织纱的生产工艺。利用集聚纺纱技术,经过持续技术攻关,先后采取更换梳棉针布、改造细纱传动系统等技术措施,成功开发出MicroModal air/莱赛尔LF 80/203.28 tex针织纱,可用于生产高档仿真丝织物。认为:在此产品开发过程中形成的一套成熟可控的工艺和技术路线,有助于类似产品的开发和研制。 Processing of MicroModal air/Lyocell LF 80/20 3.28 tex knitting yarn was discussed. Condensed spinning technology was adopted. MicroModal air/ Lyocell LF 80/20 3.28 tex knitting yarn was successfully de- veloped after continuously striving to make technological breakthrough and successively adopting technology measures like changing carding clothing,improving drive system in spinning and so on. It can be used for the pro- duction of top-grade silk-like fabric. It is considered that the processing and technology path generated during the product development are beneficial to the development and research of relative prroducts.
