摘要
探讨集聚纺后区牵伸倍数与隔距块搭配优选工艺。分析了后区牵伸倍数与隔距块作用以及两者搭配优选的必要性,在加装集聚纺装置的EJM128K型细纱机上进行了后区牵伸倍数和隔距块规格的正交试验。结果表明:后区牵伸1.24倍配合3.0 mm隔距块为较优工艺搭配方案。认为:在精梳棉涤集聚色纺纱的生产中,通过后区牵伸倍数与隔距块规格的搭配优选,可获得改进成纱质量和提高生产效率的良好效果。
Optimization of spacer and draft multiple in back zone in condensed spinning were discussed. The function of draft multiple in back zone and the necessity of optimization were analyzed. Orthogonal test for draft multiple in back zone and spacer specification were performed in EJM128K spinning frame with condensed spin- ning device. The results show that 1.24 times draft rnultiple in back zone matching with 3.0 mm spacer is a better matching scheme. It is considered that better effect like the improvement of yarn quality and increase of produc- tion efficiency can be obtained by the optimization of spacer and draft multiple specification in back zone during the production of combing cotton polyester condensed colored spun yarn.
