摘要
探讨不锈钢纤维含量对混纺纱性能的影响。纺制了7种混纺比的粘胶不锈钢纤维混纺纱,并测试了混纺纱的有关性能指标。结果表明,不锈钢纤维混纺纱的条干、毛羽指数及热重试验质量残存百分率随着不锈钢纤维含量的增加而不断上升,断裂强力随着不锈钢纤维含量的上升而不断下降;当不锈钢纤维含量在3%以内时,混纺纱的各项指标性能相对较好。认为:将不锈钢纤维含量控制在3%以内时,可使不锈钢纤维混纺纱具有较好的性能指标。
Influence of stainless steel fiber content on its blended yarn property was discussed. Seven kinds of viscose stainless steel blended yarns with different blending ratios were spun. Relative property indexes of blended yarn were tested. The test results show that evenness, hairiness index and mass remaining percentage of thermo- gravimetric of stainless steel blended yarn were increased as the increase of stainless steel fiber content,while the breaking strength kept decreasing as the increase of content increase of stainless steel fiber. When the stainless steel fiber content was within 3%, each indexes of blended yarn properties were better. It is considered that the stainless steel blended yarn has better properties when the stainless steel fiber content was controlled within 3%.
