摘要 基于漏磁检测法来精确地提取钢丝绳缺陷的特征信号,提出了基于高精度线性霍尔元件的矩阵排布的空间三轴磁场测量系统的设计方案。该方案以DSP芯片和HAL49X高精度线性霍尔传感器为硬件平台,设计了信号采集模块、数据处理模块,运用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW编写上位机程序以及Matlab编写数据仿真处理程序,实现了对特征信号的采集、分析、处理、存储和输出。经试验测试表明:系统运行良好,效果显著。 A design approach of the space triaxial magnetic field measurement system is introduced, which uses the magnetic flux leakage test to extract the characteristic signal of wire rope defects. The signal acquisition module and the data processing module is based on DSP and HAL49X, and is also controlled and processed by LabVIEW software and written imulation data processing program by Matlab software. It realizes the characteristic signal acquisition, analysis, processing, storage and output. The test shows that the system runs well and the effect significantly.
