摘要
针对目前磁棒过滤设备过滤效率低,刮渣不彻底,传动系统故障率高,机构尺寸和安装空间过大等缺点,设计了一种新型节能的带导轨的磁棒链式冷却液过滤器。对该过滤器结构及其工作原理进行了描述,对主要部件的参数进行设计,最后基于CATIA对主要部件建模并对过滤器结构干涉进行了运动学仿真分析。
Aimed at the decreasing efficiency of filter unit, ineompletion of slag scraping, the increasing of driving system fault and the disadvantage of large size,a new kind of energy-saving VAV guide magnetic chain filter unit was put forward. The device structure and its working principle were described in detail firstly. The specific parameters and the main parts were designed. The modeling of main components and kinematics simulation were carried out based on the CATIA lastlv.
