螺旋微泡浮选装置的设计及分选性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过螺旋微泡浮选装置的模型和实验室浮选机,模拟浮选机、普通浮选柱、旋流微泡浮选柱和螺旋微泡浮选装置进行浮选试验,以浮选完善指标、可燃体回收率和处理量3个指标进行对比。结果表明螺旋微泡浮选装置的浮选完善指标46.54%和可燃体回收率73.66%都是最高,处理量为1.6 t/h,虽然没有浮选机的处理量大,但却是浮选柱的2倍甚至更多,由此可以看出螺旋微泡浮选装置分选效率高,分选效果好,处理量大的特点。 Flocculation machine,flotation column, micro bubble flotation column, and auger-type micro bubble flocculation device was simulated by auger-type micro bubble and laboratory flotation machine flocculation device to launch flocculation test contrasted by three index containing flocculation consummate index, combustible recovery and treatment amount. The conclusion shows that both of the flocculation consummate index of auger-type micro bubble flocculation device as 46.54% and combustible recovery as 73.66 % are highest. Though the treatment amount of auger-type micro bubble flocculation device as 1.6 t/h is not as much as that of flocculation machine,it is far more than twice as that of flotation column,which shows the characteristics of auger-type micro bubble flocculation device are high separation efficiency,good separation result and huge treatment amount.
